Older puppies and
adults

| Often breeders keep one or two puppies from a litter as show
prospects. If the puppy develops some minor fault that precludes it from getting its
Championship, the breeder may be interested in placing it with a family as a pet. Or a
breeder may have an older bitch who has been used for breeding and is now ready to retire
into a good home. There are other legitimate circumstances as well. An older Bouvier from
a good breeder can be a great option.
