The PVC is working well; it's strong & cheap!

I've been using the AKC specs to modify them: (sometimes the free plans don't exactly conform to regulations; I'm making the tire jump now & needed to modify it a bit)

I bought a tunnel for $50 from Constructive Playthings @ URL
www.constplay.com
(I think it's made by Pacific Play Tents) It's 22 inches in diameter instead of 24, and 9 ft long instead of 15, but works well for practice. They don't appear to carry it anymore, but look at the dogpatch equipment page above for tunnel resources.
