DOING IT AT HOME

Wizard went first!

In the tub, get him wet, get him soaped, start to rinse and my then  four year old opens the bathroom door!
 
Wizard saw his chance and took it!

This 28 1/2 in 115lb Bouvier with lather all over him and soaking wet was now running through the upstairs of my house!  I can't imagine what he was thinking aside from "on a bed, off a bed, on a bed, off a bed..."

I go running after him and of course even the downstairs wasn't safe at this point.  He was everywhere!

I finally get him headed back to the upstairs bath to pretend there is any soap left on him to rinse off and I can't believe there is so much water in the hall that it is coming down the stairs.  I think "holy cow, that dogs hair can hold some water. No wonder I go through a dozen towels drying him off".

Well, I get to the top of the stairs and see that when Wizard jumped out of the tub, he must have gotten his foot caught in the hand held sprayer.

Yes, the whole time I was chasing him around the house, water was spraying out from the bathroom doorway.

Thank heaven we had hardwood floors and not carpet.

Now it was Elie's turn. I made a phone call and I walked her muddy butt straight to the groomer!
