WHICH MANUFACTURER? |
| Ronald Schultz, [snip] is one of the
countries leading immunologists. He is very assertive on his beliefs
that vaccines are more effective than the current yearly requirement,
and was one of the lead researchers in the study comparing many of the
vaccines on the market back in the mid 1990s. Scary......some of the
vaccines were like injecting water. Ft. Dodge, despite many of their
claims, did not incur the most rapid immunity, nor the highest titers
post vaccination. Much of his research is why I switched my vaccine
manufacturer to Intervet (despite the fact that one of my bosses' wives
was the Merial rep!!!).........and why I still use this vaccine
exclusively. There is much research on this vaccine from Europe, as well
as independent research done in the US by Dr. Schultz and Dr. Johnny
Hoskins. If I had to make a second choice of vaccines, it would be Vanguard........a close second but still not Intervet, which had obtained a very virulent strain of parvovirus in a European kennel that stimulates outstanding immunity. Denise Mankin |
